Welcome to PILTON HOUSE GOWER

where "it's all about the Quality!"

Dog & Family Friendly Exceptional Gower Seaside Cottage -

Close to Sandy Beaches.

...whether you are a Child, full of fun, who loves playing at make-believe, being the damsel rescuing the locked-up knight in ancient castle dungeons, or who enjoys riding horses across lands, once home to people from far-off lands - Vikings, Romans, Normans - or whether you are an hopeful Olympian, swimming in one of Gower's many bays, or in Swansea's National Pool, and dreaming of winning lots of medals to great acclaim for your country...

...whether you are a Dog, and love discovering new country walks with your Owner, playing with children in rock pools, digging holes on sandy beaches, visiting parks, leading your family up and down hills, sniffing out Dog-friendly cafes, pubs, restaurants, and even shops, walking around ancient castles, racing down steep sand-dunes with children, or just running in and out of the sea, chasing waves, catching sticks, finding little fish...

...or whether you are an Adult, young at heart, an explorer, looking to walk the whole of Gower's Coastal Path, thrilled to see Dolphins off the coast, and to take a ride alongside them all the way to Worms Head; dig deep in the sand, "to Australia" for your children, discover brews "Made in Gower", go "Wild Swimming" and meet lots of others doing the same, climb cliffs (Gower has lots of them, and expert Instructors, too!) search for what's left of "The Mumbles Mile" pubs (there in my own heyday, but much reduced these days, even if the beers and ales are far more - many "Brewed in Gower"! - and then, afterwards, enjoy a lovely meal in one of the many Restaurants or other eateries in Mumbles, Langland, Bishopston, Kittle, Southgate, Parkmill, Oxwich, Reynoldston, Rhossili, Llangennith, as well as between Penclawdd and Gowerton. (Just one word of warning; and that's that after a delicious meal with Welsh Wine, Spirits or an Ale or two, please DO NOT ATTEMPT to walk across to Worms Head, as to do that needs a clear head, knowing tide times, being fit, and being sensible; would be worth taking a fully charged mobile phone with you as well!)

...and don't forget that if, at the end of each enjoyable day, you love having a shower with body jets, top spray, or a variable hand spray, and then being dried in thick white towels, before relaxing in one of two living rooms, or being pampered with cotton bedding on luxuriously comfortable beds and having a lovely sleep...

...then you just have to return to Pilton House Gower, where "It's all about the Quality."
